Spend & Win Promotion: Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is Dr. Diamond, ABN 80 694 360 060 ("Dr Diamond", "we", "us").

2. Acceptance
By entering this promotion, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Promotion period
The promotion opens at [12:00 am AEST on 7 October 2026] and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 21 October 2026 ("Promotion Period"). All times are Australian Eastern Standard Time (Brisbane).

4. Eligibility
4.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
4.2 Employees of Dr Diamond and Class A Jewellers, their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

5. How to enter
5.1 To enter, place an order of $50 AUD or more in a single transaction at drdiamond.com.au during the Promotion Period ("Qualifying Order").
5.2 The $50 threshold is calculated on the product subtotal [after/before] any discount codes are applied, and excludes shipping costs.
5.3 Each Qualifying Order receives one (1) entry into the draw. Entry is automatic and no further action is required.
5.4 Orders placed in store, through stockists or through third-party retailers are not eligible.

6. Returning customer bonus entry
6.1 A returning customer is any customer who has placed at least one order at drdiamond.com.au before [7 October 2026], using the same email address as their Qualifying Order.
6.2 Returning customers receive one (1) additional entry for each Qualifying Order placed during the Promotion Period.

7. Cancelled and refunded orders
Entries from orders that are cancelled, refunded or returned before the draw are void and will be removed from the draw.

8. Prize
8.1 There is one (1) prize: an Astra Oval Pinky Ring by Class A Jewellers, in the winner's choice of 9ct white gold or 9ct yellow gold, valued up to $1,799 AUD (RRP). The final value depends on the metal and size selected.
8.2 Ring sizing and fulfilment will be arranged with the winner by Dr Diamond and Class A Jewellers.
8.3 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
8.4 If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, Dr Diamond may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

9. The draw
9.1 The draw will take place on 22 October 2026. 
9.2 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

10. Winner notification
10.1 The winner will be notified by email by 23 October 2026, using the email address provided with their Qualifying Order.

10.2 The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim the prize.
10.3 If the prize is not claimed within this time, a redraw will take place at the same location, and the new winner will be notified by email the same day.

11. Publicity
With the winner's consent, Dr Diamond may publish the winner's first name and state, and may use photos or content of the winner with the prize in marketing.

12. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used to administer this promotion and in line with the Dr Diamond Privacy Policy at drdiamond.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.

13. General
13.1 Dr Diamond reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes has been made fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
13.2 Dr Diamond is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries or communications, including emails that fail to reach the winner due to an incorrect address or spam filtering.
13.3 To the extent permitted by law, Dr Diamond is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion or the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
13.4 Dr Diamond may amend, suspend or cancel this promotion if circumstances outside its reasonable control affect its fair operation, subject to any applicable state or territory regulations.
